While we aim to cover all of the shipping, in cases with oversized items, or those sent to regional locations, couriers may be unable to deliver or charge outstanding fees.

When this occurs, we still cover as much of the postage as we can, however, we may request an alternate shipping address, or for an excess shipping fee before this item can be posted.

If another arrangement cannot be reached, we will provide a full refund via the original payment method.
